BEEF SCOTCH ROAST

1. Prep

• Remove roast from fridge 1 hour before • Preheat oven to 180°C


2. Season

• Rub with olive oil • Generously season with salt 


3. Roast

• Sear all sides in hot pan • Roast uncovered 

Cooking Times (Internal temp: 55-60°C - Medium Rare )

1kg 40-50mins

2kg 1hr 10mins 

3kg 1hr 40mins


4. Rest

• Remove from oven • Rest 20-30 mins • Slice and serve
