LAMB LEG ROAST 2.5kg


1. Prep

• Remove lamb from fridge 1 hour before • Preheat oven to 180°C 


2. Season

• Rub with olive oil • Salt and pepper • Add garlic & herbs


3. Roast

• Cook 1hr 40mins • Internal temp: 55-60°C (medium)


4. Rest

• Let rest for 20-30 mins • Slice and serve
