GLAZED HAM

1. Prep

• Remove ham from fridge 1-2 hours before cooking • Run knife under the skin and peel back, leaving fat intact • Score fat in diamond pattern • Preheat oven to 160°C


2. Glaze Preparation

• Place ham in roasting pan • Open a jar of Serva X Curl Curl Butcher Glaze Cherry Glaze  

 Brush first layer on ham • Stud with whole cloves if desired


3. Roasting

Cooking times:

Half Ham: 1hr 

Whole Ham: 2hrs - 2-1/2hrs

Baste with more glaze every 15 minutes


4. Resting & Serving

• Remove from oven • Rest 20-30 minutes • Serve and slice
