PIGS IN BLANKETS

1. Ingredients

• 12 small chipolata sausages • 12 thin rashers of streaky bacon 


2. Prep

• Remove from fridge 15 mins before • Preheat oven to 200°C • Line baking tray with parchment 


3. Wrap

• Stretch bacon slightly • Wrap each sausage completely • Overlap bacon ends underneath • Secure with toothpick if needed


4. Cook

• Place on baking tray • Brush with olive oil • Bake until bacon is crisp 

approx. 20-25 mins


5. Serve

• Remove toothpicks • Serve hot • Great with mustard or cranberry sauce
